Do I need to be a Suitable customer to attend Pathways 2022?

You don’t need to be a Suitable customer to attend Pathways 2022. If you are already a Suitable partner, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge on how to use Suitable to maximize the impact of strategic initiatives on your campus. If you’re not yet a Suitable partner, you’ll learn how our 100+ partner schools are leveraging mobile-first technology to become leaders in student engagement and career readiness. Whichever side you fall on, you’ll walk away with proven best practices for student success and data-driven strategies that you can’t find anywhere else.

Are there any COVID-19 guidelines myself or my staff should be aware of before we attend?

As we celebrate Pathways 2022, the safety of our conference guests is our top priority. To protect against the spread of COVID-19, all attendees at our in-person event in Philadelphia this summer will be expected to adhere to the local guidelines below to keep your fellow guests, speakers and other hotel patrons safe during the event.

  • We aren't requiring proof of vaccination for entry to the conference, but if an attendee or member of our staff begins feeling sick while attending the conference, they are to be sent home and not return.
  • Masks are not required but guests are welcome to wear a mask at at their comfort while attending the event.

How should I justify this conference to my University for funding?

Download our handy Pathways 2022 Justification Letter, offering valuable details on this one-of-a-kind event. Let your university know why they should send you to Pathways 2022 in Philadelphia, PA this July.

With this letter, you can:

  • Formally request approval and funding to attend Pathways 2022.
  • Show your university what you plan to accomplish while at Pathways 2022.
  • Articulate the costs related to attending, as well as, the immense value of what's included in your ticket.

Can I get an invoice for my ticket purchase?

Yes. You can get an itemized invoice for your Procurement Department.

To start, select your ticket by clicking on the button at the top of the screen. Choose your ticket type and quantity and press Select. When the registration form appears, you should see a Download Invoice link at the bottom. This will give you a blank invoice that corresponds with your ticket type.

Should we expect the ticket prices to increase after the pre-sale period ends?

There will be a price increase after the pre-sale period, so registering for Pathways 2022 early guarantees your spot AND saves your institution money.
